Claim for defective goods


Please inspect all items within 3 business days after receipt of goods based on the arrival date
on your tracking no.
To claim defective items, please take photos of the damaged areas, hardware, or parts. Email the photo to  wilma_decastro@skydsl.com.ph, ship the defective item back to the warehouse of our choice after authorization of return. Please ship by any courier with a tracking no. and signature confirmation. Refund will be sent by original method of payment. Return must be sent within 3 business days after it is approved. Otherwise, it will not be accepted.
Please note: We cannot accept any kind of claims after 3 business days from the date of receipt of your order. You have 3 business days to check your order. We also cannot accept your customers' claims after they purchased your handbags, whether they have used or not used the handbags. Please inform your customers in advance that all Luxury handbags are handmade with natural material, ask them to read the care card to learn how to take care of their handbags, Please also read the care card yourself to understand how to care for designer handbags.Claims CANNOT be accepted for the following:
1. Color – you order the wrong color.
2. Size – sizes of al items are specified in cm in the stock list. Please check sizes carefully before placing your order. 1
inch = 2.54 cm.
3. After 3 business days of receiving your package, you have 3 days to check your order.

Refund policy

Due to the market is flooded with fakes, sometimes our authentic goods are mistaken as fakes by inexperienced first time customers. If you have doubt about authenticity, please have the designer brand company in your country writes a letter on their letterhead stating the goods that you receive are not authentic, email or fax the letter to us within 7 days. We will send you a refund after the goods are returned.If the letter from the designer brand is NOT received within 7 days from the date of claim to us concerning authenticity, we CANNOT accept your return.
We do not accept authentication from 3rd party that is not recognized by the designer brands.
